Classes Available
The world of yoga has become so diverse and sometimes it's difficult to know what to practice or where to start.
Cactus Yoga offers a range of classes and yoga styles to suit different needs, so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire.

The studio holds up to 8 students. Small classes ensure you have the opportunity to have personal attention and I can give individual modifications when necessary.
The studio is fully equipped with mats, bricks, straps and bolsters but you are welcome to bring your own.



Yoga Basics
Monday 10:30 - 11:30am
An all-round class focusing on classic yoga postures combined with breathing to balance the body and mind. You will practice a series of standing and seated postures to build strength, flexibility, encourage a healthy spine and realign the body.
Suitable for all levels, perfect for beginners.
£10 per class or £90 for a 10 class pass
Yoga Flow
Monday 7:30 - 8:30pm
Friday 9:15 - 10:15am
A flowing yoga class integrating breath control and movement in order to release tension and gain a stronger, more flexible body whilst stilling the mind. Flowing movements with some challenging postures to build a strong yet supple body and cultivate a calm and focused mind.
Suitable for all levels, great for intermediates.
£10 per class or £90 for a 10 class pass


Relax and Restore
Last Wednesday of every month 7:00-8:30pm
In this 90 minute class we will practice a combination of yin and restorative postures followed by yoga nidra. A slower, mat-based practice using lots of props to support the body, finishing with a long, deep relaxation to completely recharge the body and the mind.
To rest, relax and restore is essential to our well-being, particularly in today's hectic, stressful lives. To rest deeply is to experience absolute relaxation - effortless stillness, quietness and peace.
£18 per class
Core Strength Yoga
Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm
This class builds strength and stamina in the body with an emphasis on the core muscles. Core strength is about building strength and stability on the inside and having the control and support to engage in whatever other activities you like to do. A strong core can also help prevent strain or injury and alleviate back pain. You will move through a series of standing and seated postures with some challenging pose options.
